Uploading Your Photo
After completing your order, you will receive a link in your confirmation email to upload your photo.
Photos must be uploaded by Friday, 2/6 at 11:59pm. If a photo is not uploaded by the deadline, the order will be canceled and refunded.
You may upload any photo you like. Your image will only be viewed by And She Bakes for the purpose of fulfilling your order. It will not be shared, and will be deleted after use.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you are 18+ and that you have consent and permission to use the image. You grant And She Bakes permission to reproduce the image solely for the purpose of creating your cake.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup Window: 10:00am–12:00pm on Valentine’s Day, Saturday 2/14
Delivery Window: 12:00pm–2:00pm on Valentine’s Day, Saturday 2/14
Pickup orders take place at my location in the Cane Ridge area. The pickup address will be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order.
Pickup and delivery may occur at any time within the selected window. Specific times will not be assigned.
If you miss your pickup or delivery, you may reschedule a pickup within 24 hours of the missed window at my Cane Ridge/Nolensville location. If the rescheduled pickup is missed, the order will be forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.
Serving & Storage
This item is 4” cake, which serves approximately 2-4 people.
This cake should be kept refrigerated when not being enjoyed. For best flavor and texture, remove from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
This item will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled for a full refund more than one week prior to Valentine’s Day.
Cancellations made within one week of Valentine’s Day are non-refundable.
