• Hot chocolate cake: moist chocolate cake layers filled with marshmallow speckled “hot chocolate” ganache.

• Filling can be customized to plain hot chocolate ganache or peppermint hot chocolate ganache.

• The cake has a 6 inch base and tapers into the tree shape.

• Each cake is handmade, so allow for natural variance from the photos.

• Packaged in a lux clear box with a “to” and “from” gift tag on top.

• Box dimensions: 8.5 inches wide and 9.5 inches high.

• Optional add ons include candles, a sparkler, or a dozen homemade chocolate chip cookies.

PRE-ORDERING DETAILS

• Item is available for pre-order, meaning you order in advance for the cake to be ready on your selected date.

• Preorder at least 72 hours in advance.

• Multiple pick up and delivery dates available.

• Select the date that works best for your schedule.

• If a date is unavailable, it is either within the 72 hour window or sold out for that date.

PICK UP DETAILS

• Pick ups are contactless and will be ready curbside for quick and easy retrieval.

• Pick up is available only during the time window you select at checkout.

• Pick up location is in Cane Ridge, TN (37013), about 20 minutes outside downtown Nashville. The exact address will be provided after your order is submitted and paid.

• Pick up times cannot be modified on the day of your scheduled pick up.

• You may send someone else to pick up your order. Please ensure they have your name and order details.

• In cases of extreme weather, pick up instructions may be adjusted to keep your cake safe, which would be communicated with you.

• If you miss your scheduled pick up window, you may reschedule within 24 hours of your missed pick up. After that window passes, the order is forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.

DELIVERY DETAILS

• Orders will be delivered anytime within the delivery window you select at checkout.

• Please provide an accurate phone number, as this is how I will contact you with your ETA.

• I will contact you within 30 minutes of my arrival.

• Cakes will not be left at the door for food safety reasons.

• If you miss your delivery, you may pick up your order from my location in Cane Ridge within 24 hours of your missed delivery. After that window passes, the order is forfeited and not eligible for a refund.

• If this is a gift being delivered to someone else, please ensure they know to expect the delivery and are available during the entire window.

• In cases of severe weather or unsafe road conditions, delivery timing may be adjusted for safety.

STORING SUGGESTIONS

• Store the cake in the refrigerator before and after serving.

• For best taste and texture, bring the cake to room temperature. Remove it from the fridge up to 2 hours before serving.

• Cake stays fresh for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Wrap well to maintain freshness.

• Cake can be frozen for up to 2 weeks. Wrap well to maintain freshness.

• Transport the cake on a flat, cool surface in your car. Avoid placing it on seats or in warm environments to prevent shifting or melting.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders cancelled within 72 hours of your scheduled pick up or delivery time are not eligible for a refund.

• Orders cancelled more than 72 hours before your scheduled time may receive a refund.
