Do you ship treats?

Unfortunately, treats are only available for local pick-up at this time.

Where do I pick up my treats?

My pick up location is in Brentwood, TN. The pick-up address will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

How do pick-ups work?

1. When you add a treat to your cart, you will be prompted to select a pick-up date. Select the pick up date that best suits your schedule.

2. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive the pick-up address.

3. On the day of your scheduled pick-up, head to the pick up location and I’ll have your order ready for you!

What happens if I miss or forget my pick-up?

Food items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you miss or forget your pick up, unclaimed orders will be given away and not be refunded.

How should I serve my cakesicles?

Cakesicles taste good at room temp or cold - the choice is yours! If you are storing them in the fridge and you prefer them at room temp, remove them from the fridge 30min-1hr before eating. If you are storing them in the freezer, thaw them in the fridge overnight the evening before eating them.

How do I store my cakesicles? Do they need to be refrigerated?

Keep your cakesicles in their box, or you can transfer them into an airtight container to keep them extra fresh.

Cakesicles do not need to be refrigerated. They will keep at room temp for 2-3 days, in the fridge for up to 5 days, and in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

I want to order cakesicles, but your pick up date is days before when I plan on serving them. How long to they keep?

If you won’t be serving your cakesicles for a few days after your pick-up date, don’t fret! Here are some tips:

Cakesicles will keep at room temperature for 2-3 days. If you want to guarantee they stay as fresh as possible, I recommend also wrapping the gift box in plastic wrap up until serving.

Cakesicles will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. If you want to guarantee they stay as fresh as possible, I recommend also wrapping the gift box in plastic wrap up until serving.

Cakesicles will keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. If you want to guarantee they stay as fresh as possible, I recommend also wrapping the gift box in plastic wrap. If you do freeze your cakesicles, make sure you transfer them into the fridge the night before you plan on serving them. This way, they can gradually thaw in the fridge overnight. If you set your cakesicles out at room temp. straight from the freezer, it may cause condensation, which could ruin the appearance of the cakesicles or the packaging; this is why it’s important to let them thaw in the fridge first before brining them out to room temp.

Cookies taste the best when they’re as freshly made as possible. Order your cookies within a couple days or, ideally, the day you plan on eating them so you can serve them as fresh as possible.
