Freezing:
Wrap your box in plastic wrap and put into the freezer.
Thawing:
Transfer your order from the freezer to the refrigerator the night before serving.
DO NOT directly move it from the freezer to room temperature. Thawing it first in the fridge prevents temperature shocking your order and causing extreme condensation that may ruin the finish.
While thawing in the fridge, keep your order it in its original box and plastic wrap. This allows any condensation to collect on the outside of the box instead of directly on your dessert, helping protect the finish and decorations.
